It Was a Dark and Stormy Day

Well not exactly, it was more of a mostly cloudy day with hints of impending weather (it did snow/hail briefly, would that be shail?) These shots were taken with the above mentioned home hacked 27mm Lumenbox lens mounted on my old Leica Ic and wearing a red No. 25a filter. They were developed in well aged Kompostinol. This batch of Kompostinol is still going strong after 5 months and 8 rolls of film, I did replenish it once.

I'm liking the Rollei Retro 80s more on these shots than from the previous rainy day shots, but I don't think it will ever be a favorite. I think (that for 35mm at least) I'm just going to stick with films that I really love, like CMS 20. I am looking forward to trying some RPX-25 in 35mm and I couldn't resist ordering a few rolls of New Classic EZ400, I'm pretty sure it's Agfa (Aerophot?) 400 which Is fine with me. It's also dirt cheap for these times.
