Xtol (Bellini Eco Film) is such a versatile developer, it seems that there aren't many films that it doesn't work with. As I had a couple rolls of Fuji Acros and bottle of Eco Film, I thought I'd try pushing Acros a couple of stops to see if I could get a scoche more contrast out of it. It seemed to work pretty well although I believe I did lose a bit of that beautiful tonal range that is often present with Acros.
Compositionally or otherwise, there's nothing special going on here. These shots are all pretty ho-hum. If I do this again, I'll try another lens (maybe 28mm?) and try look for some more interesting lighting before I go out shooting, still, I think there's potential here. No?
These were developed in a 1+1 Xtol solution for 22 minutes at 20° C (68° F) with intermittent agitation .
