6 More Frames from my Ica Icarette

A few more shots taken with Ilford Delta 100 on my 1920 Ica Icarette 6x6

CAMERAS

Nuthin fancy today, just a few more shots from my Icarette. I do have to say though (so when do I not have to say something?), that I feel extremely fortunate to have stumbled upon some old cameras in such good working condition. The Ica is my oldest, being from around 1920. The second oldest is my Kodak Hawkeye 6x9 folder from 1924 and then we skip a couple decades to my 1949 Leica Ic. Anyway, I could go on and on, but using these old and still very functional cameras makes me feel like I'm using a piece of history and in a way that I and the moment in time that I capture are all part of that history. A little metaphysical I know, but shooting my old cameras makes me feel that I'm part of a thread that zig zags its way through time.

These were all shot on Ilford Delta 100 and developed in Adox FX-39II.
